not that I know of, but depending on how your terrain is you could put it in the direct side view and move it exactly how you want it, or you could do it the really exact way by finding half the height of the part you want above ground and putting the house at exactly that number plus the Y size of the terrain, assuming the cliff is the highest point but I'd do it the easy way
