He looks Polish to me , specifically he reminds me a litttle of Bask but I've never been good at distinquishing bloodlines by sight. Blacki (WRR BlackGold) is Crabett /Babson and was a Western Pleasure champ on the east cost in his youth. He's always been far too laid back ever to make a good halter horse. He's retired now and getting rather spolied. :-)
