OK, the cr2 files are character files. They need to go into RuntimeLibraryCharacter. You might need to create a folder for them. Read the readme files that come with the zip, usually the creator has included instructions for installation (if there's no readme in the zip, shame on the artist who created the file). If not, contact the person who created it and see if there are any special instructions for installing. The jpg files are texture maps that will texture the cr2 items.
