The brow gone feature is really a mistake. It actually bores a hole in the head, where the brows would go. Oh, and the setting won't stay if you make some other changes. There are a couple better fixes for this problem. There is a Michael eyebrow transmap in free stuff. If you have bought the Michael 2 textures, you get MAT Pose files which fix things for you. You can also make certain manual settings to take care of the problems. Check out my tutorials on textures, and Michael's texture settings. You will find some excellent, clear illustrations.
