If it opened before, but has since stopped working, it's probably the ever-popular "corrupt .rsr" problem. Hunt down the .obj in the Geometries folder and delete the corresponding .rsr binary. Then relaunch Poser and load the character from the Library. Poser will rebuild the .rsr and that problem will be solved (at least until the .rsr gets corrupted again).
