The characters will work with any Michael texture map. Of course, you'll get a different look from my image.

The Michael 2 maps from Daz work fairly well with shaders for an ethnic look (that is, by changing the skin colour of the Michael model from white to brown, and adding the texture map, you'll get an African-American look. A dark-skinned texture will always give better results, though.

The character in the middle (the one Papu and Eowyn liked - thanks, friends!) looks great with ennui's Shaman texture: that's in freestuff.

Bascially, experiment :-) You should be able to get lots of different looks.
