Hey guys... Its a real shame that all of this is happening. Kindergarten?...maybe a playgroup..this being because the actions displayed are indicative of children that are (pre schoolers) too young to join a kindergarten. They haven't learned to share or control their behaviour and more importantly social skills. I think the most important aspect to remember is that we have a membership of 70,000+ (please correct me if I am wrong) and this contest would have a significant impact if every member actually got in there and made their vote count. Member voting is always a volatile situation. Open to many indescretions and criticsim. The final 20 images (from the member voting) will go on to the judges panel...from there the judges will make their choice. I think you can safely say that the judges will not pick an image (even if voted #1 by members) that is not worthy of the winning position. They will look at all 20 and make their choice from there. My only regret is that the magazine did not have more time on their side to change the voting situation. I have faith in the judges that they will do the right thing and pick a good image. Maybe next time things will be different. In the meantime, I would like to thank all of you for supporting this contest, and a special thank you to all of the artists that submitted. There were some mighty fine entries and it made picking just one hard. One more plea...if u havent already voted...please do so. Make your vote count!
