Yes - I access Renderosity from both at home (56K dialup), and from work (DSL on a LAN). Every once-in-a-while it's BAM! - even on the dialup - but usually SLOWWW. At home I'm running an external modem, and though I can't interpret the blinkinlights very well, I can say that it goes: click a link; lights blinkity-blink; wait a really long time with NO blinkinlights; lights blink; new page comes into view.
