Yes it does. I tested this by applying the sample front and side picture of the woman's face to the default Avatar Lab character then saving as a Poser Document. When I opened the PZ3 in Poser the face was correctly textured. Since I manually saved the texture map for the face in Avatar Lab I do not know if it would have automatically done this for me. It just seamed reasonable to do it.
