Hi all - I am very happy to present the Nicole Skin Texture that will be included in the above package. I have been busy on this skin texture for the last 3 weeks, and I think I am finally happy with it. If there is enough interest - I will make it available as a seperate product, but at the moment I am planning on having it exclusively in the Nicole package. This package will be my first "everything you see is yours" package... Character, Hair, Skin, Clothes, etc will ALL be included. The package should be ready for release by the end on this week... ;-) Comments and/or suggestions very welcome... BTW: The bikini texture is by Dave71, and is avaliable (along with my Real Bikini) in free stuff.

Really lovely. My only suggestion would be to make her iris' smaller. They appear rather anime-ism the way they are now. Excellent work on her eyebrows. Photo, paint or both? I'm soooo looking forward to this package coming out.

I think she is a real sweetie...great package..

Excellent work DW! Youve made a cute unique looking character with no sighns of Vicky at all. Very good work. I dont think you should change anything at all, shes just cute as is. The lacrimals could need a lil pink colour, but that is details. Your texture looks just great.

Beautiful skin, those eyes are great, love the size and depth, great coloring as well, looks natural, the sclera is more natural as well. The picture of Nicole in the background facially reminds me of Eliza Dushku a little bit. Like Zrincx says, you can't see the Vicky of her at all! Can't wait to purchase her,

aleks ( ) posted Mon, 14 January 2002 at 10:55 AM

i'd go with xena, the irisis are definitely too large.

Zrincx ( ) posted Mon, 14 January 2002 at 11:55 AM

RE:the irisis are definitely too large. Too large? Compared to what? I think it gives your character a more youthful look, which suits her! :-) Hurra for this Non Bimbo LOL :-) Z.

compared to humans.

I'll stay out of the eye size debate (though maybe a size morph would satisfy everyone), but I will say that it's the overall eye structure, particularly the lids, that make her so un-Vicky, which is a good thing (variety being the spice of life). As for suggestions, morphs for the hair to make it poseable would be very cool and very useful. Specifically, morphs like Kozaburo puts on his hair models (Left, Right, Back, Front). It always bugs me a little when I see pictures in the gallery with gravity-defying hair, though I know many people do not like working with magnets. Your transformation of Vicky shows you have more than enough modelling and morphing talent for a few hair morphs, yes? Finally, I'll just add that it's very cool when someone relatively new (to me, at least) brings this much talent to the community. Looking forward to Nicole, indeed.

Nice work DW!! If you don't like the eye textures, you can always change them. Just my (Wow, is it 1 AM??) brain-dead thoughts :)

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. Although I have reduced the pupil size very slightly, I personally wanted the slightly bigger eyes to give the sense of youthfulness. I will however include a size morph (as per kbade's suggestion). I have since also made the eyes fractionally darker - comments? I have also been playing with hair, and I will include morphs like back, left, up, down, over ear, over eye, etc. rasputina - what is "sclera"? I'm still aiming at releasing her Friday maybe Saturday...

Xena ( ) posted Tue, 15 January 2002 at 1:51 AM

I like them a little darker personally. Being a non-fairy kind of person, youthfulness really isn't what I look for in a texture :) Please don't think I'm knocking your texture. It's very good. And I'm really keen to see the hair too :)

aleks ( ) posted Tue, 15 January 2002 at 2:28 AM

dw, it looks splendid, don't take me wrong! yes, the eye morph is a very good idea. do we get here as a MOR or as vicky1 charakter? i'd prefer MOR, for i'd like to have other vicky2 morphs available.

Dark_Whisper ( ) posted Tue, 15 January 2002 at 2:33 AM

I will probably be releasing Nicole as Morph files with very detailed instructions to recreate her...

aleks ( ) posted Tue, 15 January 2002 at 2:49 AM

great, thanks!!

rasputina ( ) posted Tue, 15 January 2002 at 8:36 AM

the sclera is the eye whites, sometimes you see examples that are just tooo white, the shade you are using is perfect for her iris and skin color. I like the new example, the slightly darker iris. :)
