I think the main problem is the huge hassle you would have getting everyone to understand what goes in which category. Is a complete garment for Victoria a free item or a store freebie? You don't need Victoria to open it but it won't fit on anybody else. Once you've decided that, how do you make sure everybody else knows the decision, given that so many people seem to have difficulty reading two words under a thumb. Who do you pay to keep an eye on the postings and make sure they're all in the right category. Can you say "administrative nightmare?". Besides, unless you're someone that never ever buys anything, you're probably going to want to search the store freebie section anyway just in case something there is for the thing/s you own. So the only people that would benefit are those that never ever buy anything. Given that this site is a business and needs sales to stay in existense, I can't see Renderosity paying a programmer to make a change that is only an advantage to the one sector of members that don't help keep Renderosity online.
