lol I didn't even know it had moved until I clicked an email from earlier.... Well, MM aside from the obvious reasaons as you stated (gates of hell et. al) Ajax has hit on my problem with it quite succinctly. I honestly don't see the difference it would make as being that big a deal, honestly most of the time free stuff is searched via "What's New" and when you do that you get textures and props, characters and poses, you get it all! So if you generally enter the free stuff area through the "What's New" Section you'll get all those store items anyhow. And frankly I don't know of any who are hard core users of 3-D programs who don't buy something... and if you didn't think to look in the store stuff for something free you'd never know it was there. It's also the whole idea of what the deciding factors are. I frankly hate the whole "3rd party creations" thing - who is this 3rd party?? Anyone other than those who sell at DAZ? Anyone other than those who sell 'rosity? When I buy something will I know it is considered 3rd party?? What will you consider "free" how about those freebies that daz (and other creators) give out for a limited time - I got it free and now it isn't free, so where do I find the stuff for it? Then there is the other thing - does it bother enough people? I think it is generally assumed that a person can browse the What's new and they will find all those freebies for those items they paid for and quickly expand their libraries. Not to mention the headache of the "free" areas categories of hair, characters, poses, textures, utilities, Vicki/millie, michael etc... then doubled with the "free for products" of hair, characters, poses, textures, utilities, Vicki/millie, michael etc... Seems awful confusing when most people search via what's new and "most downloaded"
