JHoagland, Are you saying we should not be able to discuss items amoung ourselves because it might offend the item's creator?! There have been several MAT programs in free stuff lately, and several threads regarding them. Your item should have been clearly marked that it was only a promo for your Marketplace product. I for one, do not think that the free stuff area should be an additonal showroon for items for sale in the Marketplace. That is why one is called "Marketplace", and the other "FREE Stuff". Your item is not Free Stuff. Your item is a promo. I think Renderosity staff should address this issue. Intead of getting defensive and yelling,(NO-ONE (yes, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON), you could have turned this situtation into a real selling opportunity. Everyone in this thread is obviously interested in a program of this type and if you had handled it differently you could have made a sale to each of us. I know your program would be on my system right now if you had just explained what happened in a nice manner. But based on your response, I don't care how good your program is or what it costs. I will not be using it. If you are going to produce commerical products you will do well to remember a wise old saleman's moto. "You can never win argument with a customer". Regards Pinto
