I agree Kate. I did exactly that with my Miranda package.. three eye brow and eye lash texture colors so that you can use almost any hair color and have it match. The easiest way to do it though is by using the upperbrows instead of painting directly on the head texture, but it doesn't seem that most people use the uppereyebrows. shrug Additional textures to add things like freckles would be nice too...
