Ok, from what I know you need to bring the Hand figure in from the "Additional figures" folder and pose either the right hand or the left hand figure, save to your pose library and it won't effect your over all model pose but only the hands of your model...Don't pose the hands from the full body models ONLY the hand models, then save the pose and apply it to your full body model...
