it will have two versions, one the Pharaon chariot ( with things in the horse...) and other the normal soldier chariot. Diferent textures, no gold...

With things in the horse? Poor horse. ;-) Do you mean with things FOR the horse? Like the plumed headress? That would be really wonderful. I'm always looking for more horse stuff. This looks Like something I'd really like to have.

Wow, that's nice.Very detailed. It looks liek it would be great fun to texture!

SAMS3D ( ) posted Thu, 24 January 2002 at 4:55 PM

when you use truespace do you have the same problems we do with the smoothing engine rounding sharp edges, or does truespace account for that, or do you add bevels to our model, or do you fix it in UV mapper.....sorry so many questions just curious about Truespace. Sharen

geep ( ) posted Thu, 24 January 2002 at 6:45 PM

... keep us posted. BTW - How long has it taken you so far? Just curious.

Thanks for the opinions. Sharen, yes, smooth a model in truespace is a problem, when i make models for bryce, this problem is out, i symply smooth the model in bryce, when the model is for poser it is other thing, one thing is: If you want a part of your model smooth, import it in poser like 3ds format, if you want the model planar, import in poser like dfx, then in poser export all to obj format. Sometimes i use quaddivide ( not always), sometimes i put more polygons in some of the part of the model , or sometimes, if the model is very complex, i dont model it in truespace, i use blender ( i am a principiant in blender), 3d studio 4 ( the dos version) strata 3d, but always the smooth problem make that i have a great headache.

This is great. I already have a Roman Colloseum (From Poserworld) and the DAZ Greek Arena. Surely one of those scenes can use this wonderful chariot!
