I've been searching for ages for that too! If it's no longer available, then I would guess no copyrights and it would be perfectly legit to offer to others. Anyway, if it's not too much trouble, I would greatly appreciate a copy also. I was really ticked when Metacreations abandoned their customers, I think that was a really low blow.
