Jay, if you bought Michael 2 you should get the voucher. I'm wondering if individual Internet providers might have something to do with it. I'm on Earthlink. It probably doesn't make any difference, but maybe some servers are slower at deliverying e-mail. [shrug] Only a suggestion. But accidents can happen, with so many customers to deal with. Last year, when the Vicki Beauty art contest was run (remember the one where you could enter an ugly Vicki?), my sister entered a piece, but it never appeared in the gallery. She contacted them and they claimed it never arrived, however, she got the "thank you for entering" screen after she submitted it. She had to resubmit it. So mayby they're still working on it. I wouldn't hurt to contact them. You might go to your purchase history screen at DAZ and make sure that your Michael 2 purchase shows on it. It could be a computer error. Melanie
