But I also have problems with Easy, I burned a music cd [ no copyrights needed], and now I'm missing "mmjblaunch.exe", it's failed all the scans and diagnostics and simply wont do anymore audio. Sharon, you say Easy told you to uninstall and re-install? But I have had no problems with Vue [so far.... fingers crossed]
