Heya, thanks for the feedback. I will give the things suggested here a try but some it this is close to what I have already been doing so I am not overly hopeful at this point. I mostly posted to see if there was any general interest in doing this sort of thing. To me it would be a great time saver if the trans/rot settings etc. for all figures and props in a scene could be saved as a pose file. I will experiment with the pz3 more heavily as this sounds the closest to maybe getting what I am going for as it is the trans/rot info that is needed as much as just the body pose. Not sure what can be done with props. I have already experimented - with some success - at parenting my props to cr2 but I am seeking a more global solution. Thanks again.
