The Create Pose File tool in CR2Edit will do this. You can save the body parts and their positions you want, so you don't have to include the ones that don't change. This tool was originally intended so that if you have the Perfect Pose for a set of legs or whatever and want to apply it without disturbing the rest of the figure's pose, you can. I never tried it on a complex PZ3, but in theory it should work for your purposes.
