Usually works, although some may require some tweaking. Also, dont assume that because it happens to fall on the head, itll stay there. Most are "smart props", but theres a few out there you have to parent to the head to keep them in place. Finally, many of the long-hair props for the P4girl work really well on the P4guy as well, but these will require both parenting and rescaling.
