Personally, I just ask the user to make a folder in the relevant categori/categories (figure, props...) named thip4Mike or thip4Vicki, or whatever. You can put all meshes, cr2's and textures in the same folder, saving you a lot of grief w/ the paths. Rsr's will still have to be created on P4, but Poser will do that automatically on first load, you just have to re-save the item once to get a thumbnail. Seems like the easiest solution to me.
