I have Photoshop 6.0, but would have bought Elements instead if it had been available at the time. Don't get me wrong, Photoshop 6.0 rules, but I could have saved a bundle if I had gotten elements instead. I've read a lot of reviews and I've only heard good things about Elements. It is a lot better than Photoshop LE was and also has a history palate (which I wouldn't live without). Why don't you download the Elements Demo and check it out. When I'm not sure about software that's what I do now and it has saved me big bucks. The demo should be able to show you if it will do what you need it to do. I know it is lacking some of Photoshop's features, but if they are features that you would use is another question.
