Why would I want to reproduce crap? It is at their discretion, but since they allowed me to return items in the past I assumed that it would not be a problem this time. I'll make sure I don't buy any of your stuff. I'm glad you'll make an effort to fix or replace it. Why don't you talk to the guy who sold this model and get him to do the same if you're so interested in being helpfull.
