Well, I want to thank everyone's help with this so far. I tried something from dr. geep - I used the mesh form modeler and used polyfill to try it out. It fixes the problem with the middle stage - mostly. But when I work with removing segments with 3d boolean, a face or two is disappearing (nowhere near the cuts)... at this point, I am wondering if anyone has used a modeler with zero problems importing into poser?
