Allright!!! ;=] DonnyD, I have had that problem, also. Sometimes, an easy fix is: In the MM in RDS, use the "Reference" view [i.e, "ctrl+0"] Now, select the entire mesh ... -and- [menu] "Selection" ----> "Empty polygon" -and then- with the mesh still selected ... [menu] "Selection" ----> "Fill polygon" ... exit the MM and "save" your object. In RDS, using the "duplicate" or "copy" --> "paste" commands sometimes causes the "normals" to wind up being reversed. cheers, dr geep <---------------------------------------------------------(never any "normals" here) ;=]
