Yes, you can make &/or download characters. Read the manual. Read the poser forum FAQ above, then click on the link to tutorials at the top of the page & read some of those. Visit some of the sites in the poser top 15 (bottom of the margin) & read the tutorials there. Download items from the Freestuff here (another link at the top of the page). One caution, a lot of the add-on characters for poser are commercial products. The only way to get them recognized here is to buy them. No warez or trading of commercial products is tolerated here. That said, Welcome to Poser, & the Poser Forum - here you can get tons of info, hints, critiques, & tips about using poser. A lot of members have personal sites where they've posted tutorials for others to read.
