I want to know, from what "people in the know" have you heard frames are bad or that they hate them? I tell you a little secret... most people hate frames because most of them can't work with it and make it work on every resolution. Now that's not to pat myself on the shoulder, but it's the plain truth! It's needs a hell of a lot more construction and seeing a site made with frames should bring some admiration from "people in the know". Really... that is plain BS. Flash isn't too populair either, but that's usually because people have slower connections. But mark my words, soon there will be nothing more THAN Flash or te likes-sites. It adjust to every resolution and everything can be manipulated other than the static normal HTML sites. There's already DHTML that is very similar on the screen as Flash.
