As for body textures, I have made Quim Abella's Paco my default for Michael, it's gorgeous! I also regularly use the things from PoserWorld. I also love Anton's Changing Ponytail hair. One of the free things I really like is Abraham's Abbey environment. It's 360 degrees and you can turn your camera in any direction for a different look. I also like his ballroom.
