ok I tried installing one at a time with the same result. It still comes up with an unable to find error even though the name and file extension are in the directory where it says it is unable to load from. And still no response from VUE - I tried calling there office but all I get is a damn recording directing me back to the web site for tech support & the one person I did talk to gave me a number to yet another recording directing me back to the website email address for tech support. sigh Would it be wrong to upload the veg pack to my ftp with the serial numbers for the plants to see if anyone else can get it to work??? j/k Only if there tech support were as supportive as all of you!
