You'd have to prove that CL and the prop-maker got together for the express purpose of providing licentious materials, and I just can't see any lawyer capable of that, save in the most tangental ways. Of course, as you point out, some woman got three mil because she was too stupid to figure out that it's dangerous to drink hot coffee and drive at the same time.
