You haven't given enough info on what the error is to give you any better information. First thing to do is to install the update. Then try again. Make sure you read the "readme.txt" file in the download & follow the instructions on how to install. If you get an error saying something about a "more recent versiom" just click past it & ignore - it's not a problem. If you get any other error, Copy it down & post it here. Without seeing what the error is, there's not much more we can suggest except to install the update. Also click on the "Poser Forum FAQ at the top of the page for some useful information. From your first message I suspect your native language is not English. We have a lot of members from all over the world.
