I've been in many different online or bbs-type forums and newsgroups in my day. I've run into many who feel it necessary to persecute newbies. I have to say that most of these people are very sad people and likely can't make it in the "Real World." If they venture into the Real World at all, they're most likely misfits, who get bounced around by others they encounter. So they retreat to their computer, eat their favorite junk food, drink sodas or maybe a few beers, and they lapse into the world where they all have grandiose names and pretend to be kings of their world. Of course they need the newbies so they can feel "superior." Sorry, that last message hit to home, and reminded me of a former life. That's one reason you see me act the way I do here in Renderosity. I know how special and fragile some artistic souls can be. Renderosity helps nurture that creativity, and I'll do my best to be a part of that mission.
