Thanks. Oh I do the save the reg when it's intact then cut and paste the parts in with file compare and a program called edit pad which the want cash for now but I still have the free version. I know what you mean about Symantic though it's getting worse by the day. Oh don't try this, delete any program called setup.exe into the Norton protected garbage can and you can petty much kiss your computer goodby unless you remember you got stuff there and delete it also. I found that one the hard way. Nothing worse than anivirus programs acting virus like. I'll take my chances with the virus instead thank you very much.
