You need a texture map with the hair drawn in. If it's Michael you're using, the best option would be the DAZ beard maps - most maps that include facial hair don't quite work with the beard morphs. Alternatively, if you're good at painting hair yourself, you could try adding hair to the texture yourself, or using the morphs as a guide and painting it on in postwork.
