If its just a static object File/Import it into Poser then open the Library window and select Props. With the object selected in the main window click on the "+" and add it to the library. The file will be stored as YOUR-PROP.pp2 and YOUR-PROP.rsr (or .png if using Pro Pack) You only need to distribute these two files for others to use the item in Poser.
