"Thank you..this is my website..I have an OPTIONAL newsletter I send out with each product realease/update etc. If you want it let me know your email. Thanks again. etc etc" About 95% of my customers have said kool and given me the email addy (which I keep confidential by the way). And its totally optional for them. The store policy is a merchant cannot use the BULK IM/emailer feature to send messages to their customers unless it regards a FREE update or fix to the product they had purchased. Hope this helps -LW
