I was playing with the P4 halter dress...trying to get it to sit down...so I added another body part between the thighs and connected to the hip. Still needs alot of work with the joint parameters but it's very possible. I was trying to get this effect with a cape that I made and I broke it down into different body parts/groups which split apart when posing...now I can go back to that cape and hopefully try and implement this...
