Anahita, I posted with a personal opinion based on my experience with Vue in that thread. I will stand by it. E-on's patches are substandard, there could be many factors for it. The fact remains that they are using this member base (user group) as beta testers for their patches. Go through and search the forum and look at how many of us have lost time, and work by applying patches that were unfit for release. I recently lost my entire OS due to patch testing for e-on so we (as a usser base) could have the BUM issue solved. It cost me almost 3 hundred dollars to get my pc repaired.....they needed to reformat and reinstall both of my Operating systems (I dual boot). Doing this meant I lost everything....not one thing was saved. I have to redownload all of my own pics if I want a copy of them! Not to mention everything else I have lost. I will add at this point, that I am the one who PAID the repair bill.....not E-on!!! When I informed Steve Bell of the problem, his response was that E-on was not responsible for my pc problems. With this attitude in mind, the experiences I have shared with many of my fellow vue users, my statement stands fast. Vue is still my program of choice, but E-on definitely needs to work harder to solve this bullshit!
