I dont believe some of you people!!!!! I had the distinct displeasure of listening to rosey by phone and via ICQ about the total lack of support for the problems this patch caused her. She got of her arse to try and help the Vue users while alot of you just bitch and complain. Yes, she made a mistake in not backing up, dont have to be a genius to know that. Yes, it cost her alot of money and time to try and help not only the Vue users, but the company that owns Vue. What does she get back? A total lack of support from E-on and some condescending bullshit from some of the users. Wake up people!!!!!! While you hang on to this head in the sand/high and mighty attitude, the software companies are gonna keep serving up the same stuff and wiping you off when a problem occurs.
