Rena, the image shown used the cylindrical template/texture on the left-not the planar split (that's what I'm trying to map to), but I understand what you are saying--to alter the neckline and armholes with a transmap--or at least that is what I 'think' you are saying LOL. Yes, I'm sure the gold braid is 'stretched' over the shoulders and there may actually be no reasonable way to do a texture for this piece using something like that. Still I want to understand how to remap--that's really the point of this exercise and I'll try everything every one so kindly suggested. Anything I can learn will be helpful further down the road.
