When you click a download button in free stuff, it should open a new window in your browser that is blank and then you should get a dialogue for the file. Sounds like maybe something is strange with your browser. It could just be something that can be cleared up by closing the broswer and re-opening it. If that doesn't help, close the browser, log off, then reboot your system and try again. If neither of those routes help, you might need to reinstall the browser. Try the first route first, and hopefully that will do the trick. :)
