I don't understand how he can share YOUR files from his computer by using your hotmail account. Isn't that site like networking your computer to a huge group? Maybe I am dense, but I don't see how he can share your files without real access to your machine and YOU having the actual peer to peer software installed on you machine. Please explain that to me.
