Parasite Eve was a game for Playstation based on a Japanese novel, if I'm not mistaken. Very good game with some scary and graphic moments. Eve was a great character, and the CG of the mutant baby is something you don't soon forget. ;) Rross, I seem to remember seeing a dress similar to that at one point, but it might have been on Poserworld back when it was a free site.
