That nose piece and the chin could probably be done with a morph. If you have a 3d modeler like Rhino of Amorphium, you could make it in that. Traveler has a great tut on this at his site. In case you don't have it it is at the link provided. Also- You might could use the color pic to make a texture with and the black-n-white pic to make a bump with!? Just a thought......
