Oh gunsan, don't give up....I'm getting ready to try quitting again. The last time I tried I felt like I was losing my mind. My husband and children were afraid of me. I think I lasted for all of 3 days without them. I would have to say that for me I think that the psychological aspects are the toughest, and I felt like I was having panic attacks without them, quite a nasty thing. Maybe we could have a group quitting? :~)
