Paypal enable you to use a bank account to make your payments, even if you don't have a credit card. I've used it a lot, especially on ebay, with no problem.. but many people claim to have had problems. Some people say that paypal has 'seized' their money, simply because someone has made a complaint about a transaction. Supposedly, paypal has also altered their user agreement in a way that gives them the right to seize additional funds directly from your bank account.
