Here's the reply I just received from LIPSinc: "LIPSinc tries to achieve a high standard in both product quality and customer support, and we are very sorry you are having difficulties with our product. We have never made any claims that we support the Macintosh platform in any way. You will be happy to know that we are planning to release a Mac version of Mimic within the month. This should address all of your needs. To obtain a full refund from Journey Ed, simply return Mimic within 30 days of your purchase. If you prefer, LIPSinc would be happy to trade your Windows-only version of Mimic for the Mac version when it is released later this month.
