That really bites man.. and you're definately getting hit hard by luck but I think most can tell you that's the exception rather than the rule. I had one item that kept downloading funny but I've bought quite a bit from Daz and it's always been a fairly painless and nice transaction (like here actually... always easy) But that certainly does suck all that has happened to you.
